Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase of digital products from AI WorkFlow ("we", "us", or "our"). By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before buying.

2. Products & Pricing

We sell digital information products, currently:

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). The exact amount charged — including any applicable taxes — will be confirmed at checkout before payment is taken. Prices may change at any time; the price at the time of your confirmed purchase is the price you pay.

3. Order Process & Contract Formation

When you click the purchase button and complete checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the product. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email and a download link. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (e.g. in the case of a pricing error) and will issue a full refund if we do so.

4. Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment you will receive an email containing a secure download link, typically within a few minutes. Downloads are in PDF format and are available immediately. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@aiworkflow.com.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

5.1 Our 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date by emailing support@aiworkflow.com with your order reference. No lengthy explanations required. We will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.

This voluntary guarantee is offered in good faith. We reserve the right to decline a refund request where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, where the materials have been downloaded and then redistributed or shared, where the same customer repeatedly purchases and refunds, or where the request is fraudulent. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer (see Section 5.2).

5.2 EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has already been made available — provided the consumer has given prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.

At checkout, you will be asked to confirm your consent to immediate digital delivery. Once you click to confirm and the download is provided, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived under EU law.

Regardless of the above, our voluntary 7-day satisfaction guarantee (Section 5.1) applies and gives you broader protection than the statutory right. It is offered entirely at our discretion and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded materials for your own professional and personal productivity. You may:

All intellectual property rights in the products remain with AI WorkFlow.

To protect against unauthorised sharing, your copy of the materials may be digitally watermarked with information linked to your order (such as your email address or order reference). Any redistribution can therefore be traced back to the original purchaser. Sharing or redistributing the materials is a breach of these Terms and voids the voluntary satisfaction guarantee in Section 5.1.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products contain practical frameworks and AI prompts based on our knowledge and experience. However, results will vary depending on your individual circumstances, the AI tools you use, and how consistently you apply the system. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, income, or time savings for any individual.

The materials are provided "as is" for informational and productivity purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which AI WorkFlow is established. EU consumers also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. We encourage you to review this page before purchasing.
